Since 1973, Aceites y Proteínas S.A. de C.V. has driven innovation in the agricultural sector. Faced with the need to process grains in the central region of the country, we implemented a pioneering solution: processing seeds in Sinaloa and transporting only the oil—becoming the first modern extraction plant in the state, specializing in soybean and safflower. With the advent of free trade agreements, we faced major challenges, but succeeded in positioning our high oleic safflower oil, with 90% exported to the U.S., Asia, and Europe. We have played a key role in agricultural development by promoting the cultivation of oilseeds, introducing new varieties, and supporting farmers through strategic alliances.
